ERP System - Advanced resources management company BergmanAgri
BergmanAgri is an agricultural company.
Knowing how important an effective and optimal management of the company resources is, the management of the company asked us to create an ERP system which would match their needs.
We created a Web application thanks to which field employees of the company plan their schedule in a more effective way.
The application has also a CRM mode which enables to store information about the clients in one place.
Moreover, we undertook the challenge to integrate the application with Microsoft Dynamics Nav system which is used in the company for accounting purposes. The application uses also Google Maps service.
Patient service system GASTROMED
Gastromed NZOZ jest placówką medyczną obsługującą kilkuset pacjentów dziennie.
Along with the development of the facility, previous patient service became difficult and not optimal enough.
The task for our team was to analyze the efficiency of workers registering patients. Afterwards, we suggested solutions whose aim was to optimize work at each workstation.
Another challenge which we had to meet was to enable patients to use the system. Now each patient can register for an appointment at the doctor’s using Gastromed Register Online function.
Project management system
Orti is an implementing company which is a co-constructor of several projects carried out for Ministry of National Education.
These projects targeted at equipping over three thousand elementary schools and junior-high schools in computer rooms. This task required an efficient coordination of work of over one hundred installers and optimal document circulation.
We created an application which allowed to plan all works in detail and which offered a constant insight in all crucial aspects of the carried out project. At the same time, the application was a communication platform between all co-constructors of the project.
Next stage involved creating a portal which allowed a complex service for all schools which took part in the project.
